We stopped at the Cenex station for gas while traveling to Minnesota for the weekend and were pleasantly surprised to stumble upon this eatery. We had been thinking we'd get fast food, in the interest of time, but while I stood at the counter a helpful server handed me the menu, pointed out the specials board, and assured me that we could take hot items to go with only a few minutes wait. We were so impressed with the obvious local popularity, friendly employees and kind service, bright and clean interior, and homey atmosphere that we went ahead and ordered lunch. The menu items we noticed were subs, a salad bar, soups, hot plates and cinnamon rolls. My husband ordered a sub and said it was quite good. I couldn't resist the hot beef sandwich special, and it was the best one I've ever had. Flavorful gravy, tender beef, the perfect bread, and piping hot mashed potatoes. Coming from someone who grew up in a farm community, that's no small compliment! We would definitely stop here again and hope other travelers will take notice of this inviting little place as well.

Tucked inside a convenience store, this is by far one of the nicest places to eat in the Wahepton area. Large clean dining area and easy to order to go. We both enjoyed chicken stop baskets - make sure you ask for ketchup and dipping sauces if you are taking it to go. Pies are homemade and delicious. We had slices of blueberry and lemon meringue. Yum. Would definitely choose to eat here again if we're ever in the area.

This is our top go-to spot in Wahp-Breck for lunch. Great prices, food and service. We love the new location too!

Fair prices, good variety for breakfast and lunch. It's connected to a c-store so easy to miss if you're not looking for it.

I highly recommend Hills 210 Cafe! The food is homemade and prices are extremely reasonable. I had the hot roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy, my son had a patty melt. Both were excellent!

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon had a bowl of soup and my wife had pie and coffee. It was pretty good and probably will come back. We saw a lot of people there & it looked like the other food looks pretty decent. I would give this a solid four stars as everything tasted good, the service was alright too. it wasn't fantastic but it was adequate and plenty of it.

Hills Cafe catered a meal following the payer service for my mother. The food was delicious and hot. What made it extra special was the wonderful people serving and cleaning up after the meal. They exhibited an atmosphere of caring and consideration that was really appreciated.

Excellent service. The food was good and we got a lot of it. When we arrived there were several truck drivers and a police officer. That is a great indication they do something right.

First off, I would classify Hills 210 as more a small town cafe/restaurant than a sub shop, even though it shares a building with a gas station convenience store. Don't let the building fool you- even though it looks a bit sloppy it is nice inside and has a comfortable feel. I went on a Sunday around noon, meaning this was one of the few places open in Wahpeton. I found that one of the previous reviewers hit the nail on the head: seems like a popular after church brunch spot. Overall, the food is pretty good, and the service was great. There are a team of younger folks that serve customers and bus tables, and I was so impressed with how they worked together so that no table was ignored. Their friendliness made the place a solid spot in my opinion!

Great place to bring family to after church or if a group of friends wanna hang out and get a good meal.
